Easy to locate and super quiet place to relax.. the perfect place to spend quality time with those you love while enjoying the view of the great outdoors, secluded but with lots of entertainment and accommodation! My family is so grateful for the experience of a lifetime!
That place is simply amazing. Has exactly what you need to have a wonderful stay with nothing more. It was incredibly peaceful staged beautifully and the Hot tub with the outside. It is a magical place and I hope to enjoy it again soon.
Sage was attentive and informative. An absolutely amazing host, making sure we had everything we needed. Starting with the tree house being warm with lights on when we arrived. The beds were comfortable. Beautiful view on top of the mountain. Modern cabin feel exactly as shown in pictures. Kitchen stocked with cups, plates, silverware, frozen pizza supplies. Coffee maker was stocked with coffee pods and creamer. Gas fire pit on back porch with hammock swings to enjoy the view. Good cell service. The perfect place to be snowed in during Winter Storm Cora. I would definitely recommend unique stays treehouse escapes for families and couples!
We actually could not stay at the place originally reserved due to inclement weather and frozen pipes, they quickly found us another property that was actually an upgrade from what we had booked at no additional charge. Everything was perfect and everyone went above and beyond to take care of us. We will definitely book again!!
This place was beautiful! A cottage of our dreams really… from the decor to the cleanliness, this is a great place for some time away. It is a very chic and modern home with just the right amount of windows. Surroundings on the way there are easy on the eyes too.
The hosts are very responsive and helpful. I would stay here again and again. This one goes on the fave list!
We had a great stay. We stayed while attending a Notre Dame football game and to visit our daughter. This house had everything we needed. It was a short half hour drive into Notre Dame.
we enjoyed our stay here during Christmas. The home was clean and neatly decorated with the most well stocked Air B&B I have ever been in, especially the kitchen! This gem is large and spacious and one great for couples who want to get away or large families on vacation. Everything was just as expected and communication quick and wonderful from the very beginning when I had an issue booking thanks to confusing Air B&B lingo, to the end when we left.
We will return here or one of their other properties as it was a delightful stay.
We had a great time. The tree houses were very nice and the kids enjoyed the area. This is a great place for a family fun and relaxing. I highly recommend it.
The house was exactly what we were needing for our 3-day getaway. There were 6 of us and we all had our own rooms. The house was the perfect size, was clean and comfortable. The peaceful country setting was just what we were looking for. Sage was great to work with and was very responsive with any question I had. We would definitely stay here again if we ever come back to this area! Thank you for everything!
The location was perfect as we were in easy walking distance of the Tennessee River, the Aquarium, and downtown. The apartment was lovely and spacious, nice big tub in the master bath. Pool was at the building next door, just across the parking lot. I had a few questions when we arrived and the owner responded immediately.
The Sawyer House was the perfect home base for my daughter's wedding on Lake Michigan! I really liked how the basement, with its 2 bedrooms and additional living area, felt like its own space for the teenagers to hang out while others got ready for the wedding. The house was neat and spacious with many amenities while the yard and porch were quiet and peaceful.
It was honestly one of the most beautiful places I’ve ever stayed at before! The hosts were so nice and quick to respond if I ever needed anything. I would love to stay here again!
Unique stays was awesome for us. We loved how hidden the cabin is & was really fun coming up & down the driveway since Houston is flat. Sage was very responsive to any questions we had. If you’re looking for something more private & close to Chattanooga, I would definitely recommend! We can’t wait to be back! Thank you sage. We loved it!
