Description

Guests can enter the house through a digital keypad. There are few steps to get inside. Once you head in, a staircase is in front of the main entrance. A living room with a decorative fireplace is right of the front door. There is a door near the living room providing access to the backyard. Left of the main entrance is the dining room and the kitchen. The half bathroom is on the main floor toward the back of the house. All bedrooms and one full bathroom are upstairs. Head downstairs to the basement to enjoy a family entertainment area and the second full bathroom. Out back, enjoy the patio, patio furniture, and grill!

Written instructions to operate TV, microwave, heater needed. Instructions needed for garbage collection. We were told wrong day for garbage collection. We were erroneously informed there was no recycling; in fact, there are 2 recycling cans. Cracks in front dining room window and in living room window. Door to screened-in porch doesn't close completely. Hole in front door lets in cold air. Nail in railing at top of stairs sticks up and is dangerous. Some kitchen drawers lined; some not. Stains on living room couch and upstairs shower curtains. Upstairs bathroom faucet over sink leaks. Low range light over stove needs replacing. It was a week and a half before snow was shoveled; there was no equipment available for us to shovel. Kitchen windows poorly insultated so cold flows into kitchen. Dining room drapes do not insulate. Faulty back door knob fell off when it was touched. No iron nor board in home. Had to request them.
