Welcome to Treetop Escapes!

The Evergreen Treehouse with Winter Views is set in the heart of Lookout Mountain Georgia. This treehouse is where nature meets globally inspired, modern design. The romantic and private layout featured in The Evergreen Treehouse is ideal for a couple's retreat. During your retreat, you will find adventure, relaxation, and wonderful views of the Lookout Mountain Valley all on the property. If you decide to explore the surrounding area during your stay you will find yourself being placed in a central location to everything great Tennessee and Georgia has to offer! At Treetop Escapes you will find a variety of treehouses with different aesthetics and amenities; this listing is for treehouse number 7.

Inside of The Evergreen, you will find comfort and cozy aesthetics around every corner. There is a stocked kitchen, King bed, private soaking tub on the second level, main living space on the first floor, private deck/porch, and so much more!

PLEASE NOTE: We engage in pest control at all of our properties, however, due to the rural nature of some of our properties guests may encounter insects and other small creatures. This can include ladybugs, flies, scorpions, mice, etc.

The guest count you provide must be accurate as there can be additional guest fees. Notify us if you need to adjust the guest count before arrival. A fine of $25 per night will be applied for each undeclared guest.

Reminder: If a guest missed the checkout time, additional fees will be added. If more than 2 hours past checkout, we will charge for an additional day.

If you would like to use the grill during your stay, please bring charcoal and a fire starter.

Slippers and robes can be found in your treehouse for you to enjoy during your stay. If the robes are removed/damaged a fee can be charged to you.

This property is located in a mountain landscape in Georgia. Please advise this property does include steep hills, walking up and down stairs or hills around the property, and a mountain landscape. Please be aware of this before booking. This unit has 37 stairs total to access the property.

If you’re looking for a tranquil getaway from the city or to simply enjoy mountain side views, I highly recommend Unique Stays, was caught off guard with how steep the mountains were but overall I really enjoyed every aspect of the stay. Also the shower sauna is super cool!!

We actually could not stay at the place originally reserved due to inclement weather and frozen pipes, they quickly found us another property that was actually an upgrade from what we had booked at no additional charge. What a great experience! Highly recommend! This is a great couples getaway or in my case a solitude retreat. The tub and shower are amazing for a cabin of this size. Everything is well thought out from the decor to the size of furniture, and some things are provided if you forgot like dishwasher tabs in my case. The kitchen has the basics and more with every pot, pan, or utensil for anything I wanted to cook. Communication from the host was exceptional with quick response times and proactive warnings on the weather. The maintenance crew that cleared the snow from the drive was extremely friendly and helpful providing guidance on navigating a portion of the driveway they had not yet treated. The driveway isn't for the timid but also not that different than other mountain cabins. It's well marked from the main road with a lighted sign that was easy to find with GPS. You're also not far from "civilization" with a town and it's two grocery stores about 15 minutes away.

The sign at the entrance is bright and easy to see, which was super helpful. The cabin was beautifully located on a hill overlooking a valley. Beautiful scenery with amazing sunsets. The inside of the cabin was cozy and gorgeously designed. My favorite part was the upstairs bathtub with window views and the wall mural. Gorgeous. The amenities were great and the hosts were excellent at communicating all of the instructions for check-in/check-out. The cabin itself is only a short, very pretty, drive from Lookout Mountain with beautiful hikes, and only about 20 minutes away from Chattanooga downtown. Still it feels remote enough to enjoy a romantic, restorative weekend. We truly enjoyed our stay!

This is an incredible cabin for a couple celebrating their anniversary. The surroundings were beautiful and we enjoyed it from our porch. It was clean, modern and just perfect. The soaking tub is such a nice amenity. Instructions to check in and out were simple. And only 20 minutes from downtown Chattanooga where we enjoyed a delicious meal . I highly recommend this cabin and company.

We had a good stay here and liked how it wasn’t too far from Chattanooga or other places to get food! It’s a beautiful area and the drive to the treehouse was amazing! One cool thing we enjoyed was being able to see people paragliding from our room, I thought that was unique.

We enjoyed our short stay for our honeymoon and it was just what we needed. Very private and even though we could see our neighbors, it was still quiet and beautiful. cute home. driveway is pretty insane. too many close neighbors. no walking trails. Just stuck on the side of a mountain. ladder to bath might hurt someone.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in the cabin - beautiful place with a well stocked kitchen, lovely porch to drink morning coffee on, nice shower and tub upstairs! The ladder to get up there is a bit steep so you have to be careful. Beautiful area and fairly close to a grocery store still (4 miles)

There needs to be photos of the parking. The stairs leading up the to tub upstairs is very steep. The other air bnb on the property is right there which is not shown in photos and now there’s a camper where you park. Other than that it was a nice stay.

Sage was great to work with and we enjoyed our stay at unique stays evergreen treehouse! It was perfect for the two of us. The views were great! There was a camper parked next to us that we weren’t sure about but there were several other cabins near with people in them. The area is clean and the driveways are easy to find and marked well.

Enjoy Unique Stays cabin was such an amazing experience and location! My husband and I loved every minute of our stay during our baby moon. Short drive to Chattanooga and cabin was super close to Rock City and Ruby Falls! We definitely will stay there again!

This was a beautiful little treehouse that made our mountain elopement so special! The space was super clean. Only downside is the driveway is super steep with very little room to move and turn around and I’d highly recommend bringing a truck or 4WD vehicle if possible. The house was also SUPER cold so bring extra blankets or a heater, there’s heaters but it’s still really hard to warm up the space even with the AC. The hosts were very responsive and quick and tried to help to the best of their ability! Would definitely do it again! The bathtub is amazing!!! Also the charcuterie board was pretty inaccurate and did not have any fresh fruits or cheese and looked cheaply made for the price they’re asking for it, but we had it as a free add on so we weren’t too upset, just something to consider if you want to spend the money!

We got stuck behind terrible traffic in Atlanta coming into town causing us to be VERY late. While I understand this is not her fault, when I asked for a late checkout she decided that that was the best time to charge me an additional fee. Somehow I missed placing 2 people on the order & when she asked after booking I told her it was two. I understand no late check out, but charging me more in that moment was distasteful. When we arrived the house was so hard to find. It’s not clearly marked at all. I understand it’s the mountain, but theres got to be a better way to pave and level that area. When we finally got in (The lock code was NEVER told to me and it seems it never changes that makes me feel unsafe) It was SOO hot and muggy. The entire house is a cosmetic nightmare. Just a slap of paint & a prayer. Toilet would NOT flush. I had to lift the lid by hand for it to go down. Her note on the fridge begging for 5 stars or we will ruin her livelihood was so distasteful.

Came to have a much needed getaway with my wife . Great location and peaceful area for sure ! We didn’t even want to leave , place was amazing and described perfectly from booking . Will definitely be trying to book with Unique Stays again !
