Treetop Escapes is a treehouse community located in the heart of Lookout Mountain in Georgia. Summer Breeze at Willow Treehouse is one the newest addition to Treetop Escapes and we cannot wait for you to visit!

Summer Breeze at Willow Treehouse offers 2 decks, one off of the main living space to walk out for optimal wooded views, and one off the bedroom to enjoy the sun rising with a warm cup of coffee. The main level consists of a cozy living area, kitchen (refrigerator, microwave, stove, toaster, coffee maker, and dishwasher), private soaking tub on the deck (during warm season), and bathroom with conventional toilet, all new fixtures, and rain head shower fixture. Upstairs you will find a perfect cozy space to enjoy after a day of adventures. There are three total sleeping spaces and one bedroom in Dreams of Spring. Every bed features high-quality sheets and pillows for you and your guest's comfort during your stay. The bedroom showcases a King-sized bed, and the private loft and sleeper sofa are both full-sized beds. Two adults can comfortably sleep in the full-size bed. Other features that you will find when visiting the treehouse; 3 wall-mounted mini split units for heat and air, Two Smart TVs, WIFI, coffee, an outdoor fire pit, and a charcoal grill.

PLEASE NOTE: We engage in pest control at all of our properties, however, due to the rural nature of some of our properties guests may encounter insects and other small creatures. This can include ladybugs, flies, scorpions, mice, etc.

The guest count you provide must be accurate as there can be additional guest fees. Notify us if you need to adjust the guest count before arrival. A fine of $25 per night will be applied for each undeclared guest.

Reminder: If a guest missed the checkout time, additional fees will be added. If more than 2 hours past checkout, we will charge for an additional day.

During high-wind days, the deck is secure, but creaking can be heard while at Treehouse 8.

Slippers and robes can be found in your treehouse for you to enjoy during your stay. If the robes are removed/damaged a fee can be charged to you.

If you would like to use the grill during your stay, please bring charcoal and a fire starter. The fire pit for this property is unique. There will be sterno canisters provided during your stay that you can insert into the fire pit and light. No wood or charcoal can be used in the fire pit.

This property is located in a mountain landscape in Georgia. Please advise this property does include steep hills, walking up and down stairs or hills around the property, and a mountain landscape. Please be aware of this before booking.

Summer Breeze was a great place to rest and relax. The cabin is beautifully situated with forest surroundings. Most of the windows face toward the forest and away from the rest of the cabins in the area which makes things feel more private and secluded. Aside from a few minor cleaning issues, it was great to stay here!

We had a lovely time. The cabin was beautiful and the surroundings were amazing. Very steep driveway but it was well maintained even in a little snow. It is very peaceful. There are some other cabins around but because of the mountains, trees ect it still felt very private. We were excited about the tub on the porch but it wasn't available in the winter and we wethat made aware of that. But the steam shower was amazing! Overall we had an amazing time!

BEWARE of this Airbnb in the winter. This was the worst Airbnb I have yet to stay in. To start, our first night we had no running water because the pipes completely froze. No shower, not able to use the toilet, couldn’t even wash hands. The next day maintenance came out and got the water running, but by the evening the pipes were frozen again. This was a cycle everyday of our stay, maintenance had to come every day of our stay multiple times a day. The bathtub was completely unusable, and never got fixed. Also, I hope you like ladybugs because the ceiling is covered in them. The last straw was the power going completely out on our last night. It was so cold and all of our food in the fridge went bad. The best Unique Stays could do for us to compensate was to give us only half of the $ from our stay. I’m sure this is a nice stay in the summer, but we won’t be back. We ended up more stressed than when the trip started and out money we had saved to celebrate our anniversary.

This was the best place to spend a cozy Christmas. I absolutely loved the bedroom and the easy access to the balcony. I had a nice outdoor bath followed by a steam shower!

Pro: My wife and I loved our trip! It was a blast and great time to get away. Very beautiful and private. Bed is firm but was comfy. Full kitchen to do anything you need and plenty of cookware. Porch and tub was Fabulous and they were prompt to get us what we needed when the fire fuel had burned out! Cons: Lots of lady bugs for this time of year inside. Some of the cookware was a bit worn down. We loved it and would recommend to anyone!!

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and felt the cabin was very peaceful and relaxing. It was located within short driving distance to a number of things to do and restaurants. Our only complaints were that the bed in the main bedroom was very hard and uncomfortable (which could be personal preference) and there seemed to be an influx of Asian Lady Beetles that got into the cabin during our time there. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would recommend this cabin in the future.

We really enjoyed staying at this cabin! Cabin was really clean, the location is amazing, really great views to enjoy, the big windows in this cabin including the room were spectacular, we also enjoyed the hot tub with the Mountain View amazing!! The host was really sweet and attentive too! Thinking about coming back again one day! I have 0 complaints about this property!

Accommodations were 10/10. My only down fall was not staying an additional day to just enjoy the treehouse! We were not able to use the fire pit at the end of the day like my husband and I planned on, due to the canisters being empty. That was disappointing, but it wouldn’t stop me from booking again. The loft bed area was perfect for kids!

This is the perfect spot for a self or couples retreat. I loved the private patio with the bath tub, perfect for a romantic night in. The kitchen is stocked up with everything you need to cook and clean up. You also get a nice little grill in the front of the house. The location is private and not far from local grocery store and coffee shops. The downfalls: The A/C stopped working twice during our stay, the host was quick to respond but it’s really uncomfortable to have to sleep like that. Both mornings we stayed, there were contractors doing some sort of construction really early in the morning which sucks when you’re there to get away from noise and relax. The pillows on the beds were also really uncomfortable. Overall positive stay just minimal things they could change to really be 5/5

One of my favorite airbnb’s I’ve stayed at this far. I needed a getaway in the trees, and this was the perfect spot while still being close enough to Chattanooga where I spent some time before and after my stay. Would highly highly recommend this spot.

If you hate perfection, don't stay here. It's perfect for a quick getaway or a longer stay, there are a lot of options on the same property. Our cabin had everything including a very private outdoor bath. Interior is immaculate and comfortable. Steam shower was an added bonus we didn't know we needed. Absolutely gorgeous surroundings and a great central point of the beaten track to enjoy all that NW GA and Chattanooga have to offer. The Lost Sea Cave was a highlight, so don't miss that. Host provided everything we needed for a great adventure. We will definitely be adding this destination to our annual list of places to visit.

We had a great week-long stay! Everything was clean and looked like the photos. The place was also well-stocked. The host was very quick to respond with a fix when we had an issue with the wi-fi! The bed was comfy and we enjoyed the outdoor bathtub.

The space is how it was described. Decorated nicely. Everything was clean. Kitchen is well stocked. Lots of windows to enjoy the views. Air conditioned kept the indoor cool. The furniture and bed was super comfortable. We were glad to see a tower fan, which works great, in the bedroom. We loved the outdoor tub! Steam shower was a neat experience. Communication was top notched!

My wife and I absolutely loved our stay here. The home was beautiful and the scenery was gorgeous. You are staying on the side of a mountain, so be ready for a steep driveway, but it's drivable without any 4-wheel drive needed. Closest grocery store/town is only 10 mins. Plenty to do within 20-30mins including hiking, caves, hang gliding, kayaking, and the list goes on and on. Highly recommend and will be returning.

The second night we stayed had some loud sounds outside. Banging underneath and around cabin. The final straw was a 3 loud bangs that hit sidewall of the cabin. Went on for a few hours that night before we decided to pick up and leave. Addressed with booking agent to see if anyone else had that experience. Really 3 to 4 hours of events like this occurred. Got louder and more frequent, we decided best decision was to leave. Place was great, cabin was clean, if not for this expensive 5 stars.

This sweet little cottage was the perfect spot for my husband and me to enjoy an anniversary getaway! It was sweet and private with plenty of amenities and the perfect back porch. The weather was perfect, so we spent most of our time on the porch enjoying the natural scenery and wildlife. It was a perfect weekend and we can't wait to return!

Stayed here for 4 nights on our honeymoon. It was the perfect get away. Only thing that was disappointing is the fire pit takes special canisters that were supposed to be provided and weren’t so we were unable to utilize the fire.

We stayed at Summer Breeze at the Willow treehouse. The treehouse was exactly as pictured, clean and well stocked with anything you could need. The deck (with the outdoor soaking tub) was 100% private and surrounded by trees/bluffs and wildlife. We enjoyed the views, the peaceful environment and the amenities including the steam shower and little fire pit on the deck. The deck is definitely where we spent majority of our time. It’s just so peaceful and private. We even laid in bed with the sliding doors open and enjoyed nature from the bed. 10/10! We would definitely consider booking again!

Easy check-in and check- out. Host was responsive. Treehouse was as pictured. Very clean with beautiful views from inside and outside. Be aware of the one lane road, very steep hills, and steep driveway.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The house was very clean, nice, and comfortable. We loved waking up in the quiet woods and opening the sliding doors to hear the nature outside. It was about a 20-25 minute drive into Chattanooga where we found many great restaurants and coffee shops. We didn’t mind the drive a bit, it was a beautiful and interesting road to drive on. A great place to stay.

Wonderful stay, beautiful surroundings. The house perfect for our weekend getaway, the outdoor bathtub was amazing at night listening to nature. Overall would return for another stay!

Unique place to stay, brand new, clean, lots of good things. Place was advertised as being able to host 6 guests, but it was tight with 4 adults. Had we known the other unit next door with 2 king bedrooms was booking for less, we would have stayed there. Bathroom was nice and had a great steam shower, but limited counter space. No place to put luggage for guests staying in the upstairs loft or pull out couch. Would have been nice to have a small table or small space for a laptop to be able to work remotely. Linens weren't high quality as advertised. Driveway is steep, 21 degree grade. Other than these little things it's a great escape from the hustle and bustle of life, very private and peaceful. Host is very good with communication, our lock was broken upon check in and was fixes the next day.

Very private and relaxing. Beautifully furnished. Bed is huge. Kitchen is the best equipped I have ever experienced. Modern shower with steam. The location is remote but local attractions are close and easy to get to. Quite. Clean. Peaceful. Owners were very helpful and easy to communicate with. No better place to stay for visitors to Chattanooga. This is a perfect couples retreat. Outdoor large bathtub. Was also wonderful for us traveling with our young daughter. Compared to the price of a hotel this is superior.

We truly enjoyed our stay. The house was comfortable and clean and the location was great for visiting Cloudland Canyon, Chattanooga, and Rock City. The only real issue we had was the noise from the porch walkway. With any considerable wind, the hardware that attaches the decking to the oak tree slides and makes an awful screech every time the tree sways. We lost sleep even on the nights when the weather was relatively calm because of the noise, and on the night that we had storms you could feel the house jerk as the tree pushed and pulled the decking with the wind. It was a nice stay, but we were glad to sleep in our own beds once we got home.
