Rivers Ledge Cabin with breathtaking views hot tub indoor pool

Bedroom 1 main/king.
Bathroom 1 on main level/washer & dryer.
Bedroom 2 upstairs/king.
Bathroom 2 upstairs.
Bedroom 3 is an upstairs family room with a true queen bed and a sofa.
Walk from upstairs family room into Bedroom 4/king/bathroom.

Cabin is for MAXIMUM of 8 guests. Upon approval we allow 2 extra guests for a fee of $40 per guests per stay. If you bring more than 8 guests & did not pay you will be required to pay after arrival or ask to leave.

Not Pet Friendly!
Smoking is allowed outside/do not throw butts on ground!

Quiet Time 10 PM to 8 AM!!

If you break or damage anything during your stay you will be required to pay for it.

Please note that the indoor pool at Paradise Pointe may occasionally be reserved for private parties or events. During these times, access to the pool may be temporarily unavailable to guests. We appreciate your understanding and recommend reaching out before your stay for the most up-to-date pool availability.

Wonderful family stay! We have 2 littles and Sylvia’s place was the perfect mountain getaway for our family! The views were breathtaking and we really enjoyed the jacuzzi, making s’mores in the firepit and relaxing in the cabin. The cabin had everything we needed and was filled with cozy blankets and plenty of space for our family of 4. There’s also a very nice indoor pool that’s recently been renovated but didn’t seem to be heated yet. But we enjoyed everything else, and there’s even some goats and chickens on the property. Located about 40 min from Chattanooga, though we only went once for dinner. I’d highly recommend bringing plenty of food as there’s not much nearby but the kitchen has everything you need to cook family dinners and there’s a private charcoal grill, as well as firepit and wood is supplied.

I wanted to stay outside of Chattanooga at a location with a view. Sylvia's place did not disappoint. 4 adults and 1 child - there was plenty of space for everyone. The cabin felt homey and had some amazing benefits- jacuzzi, porch to read and drink coffee in the morning, fireplace, etc. Sylvia was an absolutely amazing host and responded promptly to my messages. She was extremely helpful. I definitely recommend this location for anyone who wants a cabin getaway mixed with some fun activities within reasonable driving distance.

Paradise Pointe is absolutely beautiful and comfortable. The view is absolutely amazing,even with a rainy weekend because of the hurricane we still had good time. I will definitely come back again. Awesome host thanks Sylvia.
