Welcome to Rivers Edge Lofts!

These cozy upstairs lofts are located in Niles, Michigan by the river. This listing is for Loft 10 in our 10-loft building. enjoy a stay in this cozy 2 bedroom unit located by the river, there is no river view from this unit. Tastefully decorated throughout with lots of extra touches and amenities not usually found in short term rental homes. Rivers Edge Lofts are ideal for guests looking to travel and visit Michigan or for long term stays. Rivers Edge Lofts are centrally located to tourist attractions, wineries, and various universities. Close to highway US-31 with easy access to major attractions such as Notre Dame or southwestern MI beaches; also close to airports for a quick business trip.

Not only is Rivers Edge Lofts conveniently located to various activities but close access to grabbing a bite to eat. Take a 1-minute drive to downtown Niles to check out the local restaurants and relish in a relaxing stroll along the river. The entire home is for your private use with an easy self-check-in process to accommodate various arrival times. There is a private entrance with your own access code that will function between your check-in and check-out times.

Come back after a great day of exploring and enjoy in the comfort and warmth of your own place. Access to a mini fridge and microwave within the unit. Washers and dryers, coffee makers and a toaster are located in the shared common area within the complex. This unit can sleep 8 people comfortably; There are queen beds in the two bedrooms, a queen bed in the loft space, and a sleeper sofa that can sleep two people. You can also enjoy the communal coffee bar while at Rivers Edge Lofts!

Completely remodeled unit with all the latest designs. Guests will find the space to be warm, comfortable, and inviting and the hosts to be responsive and diligent to provide an excellent stay for each guest. Here on a business trip; work in comfort with the fast fiber-optic internet service, 500 Megabit (Wi-Fi only, no ether-net port). There is no additional charge for this service.

As a hosting family, we strongly believe in making memories wherever you are. That is why we have provided local suggestions so you can enjoy the experience of fully immersing yourself into the local culture. We are here to help with any questions or suggestions as we aim to create memories through Unique Stays!

Amazing place to stay. The host responded quickly whenever we had any questions. Housekeeping was helpful as well. A hairdryer in each unit would be great. They aren’t expensive. A few forks and knives in the common area would be nice as well. We highly recommend and hope to return again. Thanks for making it snow the first evening. It added to the ambiance and put us in the holiday spirit. ?Merry Christmas

Cute place and walkable to food, comedy and bars. Walls were pretty thin as you could hear other guests at times. Loft is more for kids and we planned as adults to sleep up there but ceiling was super low and mattress in other corner of stairs. Price a little high but expected on a prime football game day. Overall enjoyed our stay and served its purpose. Thanks for having us!

It is a very nicely decorated place, with walking trails around the building. The Unique Stay is above some office building, one has to climb a flight of stairs to get to the units. The loft is nice but not really livable as it is just beside the air vent. The mattress in the second bedroom collapses in the middle, so my son woke up multiple times at night as he felt like falling down if he accidentally rolled into the middle of the bed. We can hear our neighbor throughout our stay and definitely the cleaners in the morning. On the bright side, Sage is extremely tentative with her communication. The check-in process is very smooth and there are 4 TVs in the unit, with only 1 working remote.

The place was excellent, felt like a bougie hotel without the high price point. the only issue we had was that the ceiling fan in the second bedroom wasn't working. I would definitely stay here again and would recommend to anyone staying in SW Michigan.

This facility should be listed as NOT handicap accessible. Sad to find that out only at check in. Carrying a walker up and down two flights of stairs every time I wanted to go out was disappointing to say the least. Also there were 4 TV's in the suite, but only one remote worked, and only on two TVs. Trie replacing the batteries and resyncing them with no success. The suite was spacious and furnished fairly well. Overall not a bad place, with some considerations. Because of the stairs and no one considering that "Handicap Accessible" is an important thing to specify in a listing, I would have to chose a different place to stay.

Overall great. There was only 2 working tv remotes for 4 tvs. The showers are great… loved them. It needs a kitchenette. There was some pot smoking from another room so I hate any type smoking but it was addressed quickly. Very small issues and would like to come back although smaller rooms were more than larger room in quote. Still a great place to stay.

The loft was okay. We were on a quick trip for a wedding. Listing states it sleeps up to 8 guests but I would say it sleeps more like 4-6 guests comfortably. There is a loft bed up in the ceiling but it’s next to all the vents and it was waaayyyy too loud to sleep comfortably. The walls are EXTREMELY thin. We could hear people outside the unit pretty well. Cleaning crew/housekeeper was cleaning the unit next to us and they were super loud. They were banging on the walls and moving furniture and we could hear everything. We were woken up to the noise which was quite disappointing so something to keep in mind if you plan to book. It is within walking distance to downtown which is nice. We walked to the local coffee shops and brunch places nearby.

Great place to stay. I’ve stayed here before and I’d stay here again. The best part are the amazing bathrooms.

We enjoyed our stay. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The loft space was fun for my kids. The coffee bar was a nice feature. Would stay here again!

Been here multiple times. Love the instant comfortability and privacy. Beautiful downtown Riverwalk setting, great for walks.

The place lived up to the title, it was unique in a good way. It's in a very peaceful location on a river and very close to a delicious Italian cafe which has great coffee and pastries. Inside it was super cozy and the interior decorating was done meticulously with great taste. Really enjoyed the place. Thank you!
