The main level unfolds with a warm living room, featuring a gas fireplace for evenings of game nights, cinematic adventures, and cherished family moments. As you venture further, a fully equipped kitchen awaits, alongside a dining room, the luxurious master suite, and an entrance to the secluded patio below. Ascend the stairs to discover two private bedrooms and two additional bathrooms, creating an ideal haven for extensive families, friend retreats, and joyous reunions. Accommodating up to 10 guests, the entirety of this property is designed to provide a serene and memorable escape.

As a hosting family, we strongly believe in making memories wherever you are. That is why we have provided local suggestions so you can enjoy the experience of fully immersing yourself in the local culture. We are here to help with any questions or suggestions as we aim to create memories through Unique Stays!

Please note:

The guest count you provide must be accurate as there can be additional guest fees. Notify us if you need to adjust the guest count before arrival. A fine of $25 per night will be applied for each undeclared guest.

There are two of the neighbors dogs, which are very friendly, that like to come visit at Red Clay Farmhouse.

Reminder: If a guest missed the checkout time, additional fees will be added. If more than 2 hours past checkout, we will charge for an additional day.

If you would like to use the fire pit or grill during your stay please bring wood, fire starters, & charcoal

Cameras are located around the outside monitoring the side porch, back patio, driveway, and front yard.

We stayed here for our daughter’s graduation from Lee, and although this house is about 25-30 minutes outside of Cleveland, the property and home were beautiful. I didn’t mind the drive. To get this kind of property you almost have to be willing to stay a little out of town.

This has easily now become our new favorite spot. We loved this stay so very much. Tons of space in the house and the perfect patio with a fire pit. Each bed was in great shape and perfectly comfortable. We cannot wait to book a stay here again!

What a fantastic place to spend some time! It is remote, but what a joy to be there. The area is very nice, the view from the front porch was awesome! The house had lots of room for our family. There were board games, lots of kid games and a garage full of arcade style fun games like air hockey to keep us entertained. But don't discount sitting around the firepit and playing with the neighborhood dogs and enjoying the outdoors. We would love to visit again in the future!

Beautiful home and beautiful scenery. Host was very responsive and accommodating when we had to add more guests. There was no clutter but cleanliness could be improved. Washer had a smell and it appears to have stained some of our clothes. We were later charged for sheets that were stained using the same washer.

We really enjoyed the stay at this home. The location is beautiful and peaceful. We came for a family get together and it provided so much for thr kids to do. The only issue we had was the extra charge per guest. I added an extra guest to many due to notification of 25 extra carge for every night someone stayed and ended up overpaying as extra guest didnt come. We also asked to stay and hour past 10:00 checkout due to a bridal shower at 1 but were denied. Everything was straightforward but not flexible.

Thanks Sage for a wonderful Airbnb experience, I appreciate your attention to detail, you thought of everything. House was large, newly renovated, very clean, great floor plan, plenty of bathrooms for everyone, and the game room was a pleasant surprise as well, located in a very nice area. My granddaughter and I loved saying hi to the neighbors ducks,cows,geese, goats, cows, turkeys each time we left the house. And she read many of the children's books you provided. We will definitely be back. See you soon!

House was very spacious. Set up very well with kids in mind. Beds were very comfortable. Unfortunately advertised like it was in Cleveland when it actually was closer to Chattanooga. And less the 1 mile from Georgia. Had to drive 30’minutes to Cleveland multiple times a day. It should not be considered Cleveland. It is very misleading as it is advertised as there. Also the AC was locked and could not be turned down past 72. So it was hot in there. The towels smelled so bad. Got washer detergent to wash them and the washer system needed to be cleaned and would not work. Hauling out trash was very difficult. There was no trash cans at the house. It was at the end of the road. To far to walk on the gravel road. Didn’t have a truck to put it in. If you don’t have meetings and a place to be this would be a good choice for stay as it is in the middle of no where.

If you like the country and we do, this place is for you. Almost no traffic from this residence to where we were traveling to. We sat on the porch and watched the squirrels, deer and turkeys. Inside the house was roomy enough for everybody to have their space.

I am from Florida. My kids wanted to see mountains. So, after a lot of searching I fell on The Red Clay House. It is even more beautiful than the pictures. If you need to do any grocery shopping its just a little jaunt into town (20 minutes or so) and the scenery will make it feel like 5 minutes. I took my 3 kids and nephew and everyone had their own room / space. We roasted marshmallows by the fire. Went up the hill on the backside of the house. It doesn't really have a yard but it was great. Close to lots of things to do. The Host was responsive with my questions. I would recommend this house to anyone wanting to get away. I will warn people though. If you have never driven in the mountains be aware. The roads are very windy and steep with lots of blind curves & hills. I never stayed out past dark because there aren't any street lights and the roads are very narrow. I easily traversed them in a mini van so it is 100% do able - I am just giving fair warning. I would stay here again!!

very disappointed with the rat feces all over the place. host responded with “thanks for letting me know” when I told them.. had to hurry and find a hotel because rats are a health hazard— especially with a 6 month old baby. When I asked for a solution and called host they didn’t answer. I had to go through airbnb directly.
