Newly Renovated City Escape with a private hot tub

This property had everything I wanted! It’s less than a 5 minute drive to the beach and within minutes of great restaurants, breweries and dispensaries! The house was clean and had updated amenities. It ACTUALLY can comfortably sleep at least 5 people also. There are 2 queen size beds on the main floor, a queen size pull out in the basement and 2 full size beds upstairs! The hot tub in the back was very clean, operational and surrounded by a 6 foot privacy fence which Is very cool. I plan on coming back to this property in the summer so I can enjoy the beach. Well worth your money if you’re looking for a place to comfortably house multiple people.

We enjoyed our stay in New Buffalo. The place was spacious, clean, and a great setting for a weekend trip with friends. Unfortunately, there was a small issue with the hot tub, but Sage went above and beyond to troubleshoot and was gracious enough to provide a credit for the inconvenience when the issue could not be remedied. Her communication throughout was top notch. Good location - a bit busy - but walkable to all the local hotspots, so really can't beat that for the price! All in all, a pleasant stay and would recommend.

Everything was great! The place was exactly as pictured - clean, well-maintained, and had all necessary accommodations. It’s on a main road but the noise was not bothersome at all. The place was perfect for our family which includes a toddler and a baby. Thank you for the wonderful stay!

This Airbnb was perfect for a girls’ weekend! It had literally everything we could ever need. Fun games, extra trash bags, kitchen was really well appointed, nice appliances, space for everyone, comfy beds and couches. Nice outdoor space and was able to easily walk to coffee shops, bars, restaurants, etc.

Overall nice, broken hot tub not communicated before stay and no price reduction offered. Other issues (poor wiring set up, disconnected tv, some dirt and stained furniture and no towel racks or hooks anywhere) were I inconvenient

Pass. On a busy road/highway with construction right in front. No privacy to get to and from backyard/hot tub. Jets on hot tub never worked - we tried turning on the lights or jets and it just said "Change Filter". Host contacted management company, but never fixed it or got back to me. Also, stained couch and rugs should be cleaned better or replaced.

House is great! We rented this house with 4 adults & 3 toddlers had plenty of room. The house should have a carbon monoxide alarm we brought our plug-in one just to feel safe, personally I feel like that should be a requirement for renters to have in their house. Communication was great from Sage! I’m not sure if there is another host as well that responds to messages, because we asked about having guest & when I told the host they said yes, but it would be $11.00 per person & to let them know how many guest that we would be having over for the day. When I told that person they said great have fun, didn’t say anything about a fee, when I wanted confirmation. Then my number changed on the guest we were having over for the day, so I let them know & they said that we weren’t allowed guest. So if there are multiple host that are communicating with guest all the hosts need to be on the same page.

This is a good location and walkable to downtown bars/restaurants. I would recommend for a smaller group as our group of ten was a bit tight. The outdoor fire pit and hot tub were nice and the host was very responsive!

Very cute and accommodating place for a girls weekend. It is within walking distance to the beach and other well known hot spots like the Stray Dog and Beer Church. We would definitely stay again.

Great spot right in the heart of New Buffalo. Plenty of space for the whole family and we were never more than a 3 minute drive (or 15 minute walk) from where we were heading. Perfect jumping off point for a family getaway.

The house was super easy to find. Unfortunately the weather was cold but in the summertime would be a great, walkable location. So close the restaurants, bars, and water. The house was clean and comfortable. Definitely enjoyed our stay!
