The good: - Modern, Cozy , clean , secluded, fire pit experience, fully furnished, hot showers , kitchenware available, 3 adult beds & 2 children beds, responsive host Opportunities for Improvement: - Making sure linens are up to par with visual inspection before hosting, we arrived to sheet and blankets that appeared both clean and dirty with animal / human hair & sheets that appeared unclean. Host worked with us to correct issue upon notification . - Master Bedroom fan full of dust - Cheap trash can with subpar lid . An aluminum closed lid trash can to keep smells out would be optimal for such a small space - No seasonings on sight - it would've been nice to see some of your basic seasonings such as salt & pepper etc - Ladder leading up to top loft area is poorly designed (round dowels which hurt the feet), it would be better with flat wood pieces . There was also a glass table right below the ladder area, a very dangerous scenario if someone was to fall .

We enjoyed our stay. We couldn’t connect to the WiFi the entire stay but we weren’t in the cabin very much. In my opinion, having an additional chair somewhere in the living room area to watch tv would have been nice. We had 4 dining chairs and they were fine for the dining area but was only room for 2 adults on the loveseat. We had 3 adults in our party. Also the ladder to the loft really needs steps. You could not get up there in bare feet. The round boarding was very uncomfortable on your feet trying to go up. Overall a nice stay.

I've enjoyed your property which, has brought a smile to my face for healing, peace & understanding. The property, communication, cleanliness, check in & out, location, customer service & scenery was all well to be EXPECTATIONS! I would & recommend booking reservations in the future.. We absolutely loved our stay here. It was a beautiful Airbnb very clean and comfortable. The area was quiet and peaceful in the mountains and the host Sage was very responsive and helpful. We had an amazing experience I would definitely recommend!

The Unique Stays Tiny Cabin was fantastic. Clean, bright, airy and quiet! Well appointed and comfortable, it was perfect for a four day work trip. And for two people it was perfectly roomy. I would highly recommend this charming AirBnB to anyone staying in the area. The hosts were very accommodating to a last minute additional day/might, working with us to get it sorted out, and also with any questions that we had! Thank you all so much for making our stay wonderful!

Really nice spot for a short weekend and the surrounding area is beautiful if you enjoy hiking and nature walks. While there are more beds, I would not recommend a party over 4 people.

The home was incredibly clean and well stocked with everything we needed. The host was quick with response and went above and beyond addressing any needs we had during our stay. It was a quick 20 minute drive to Cloudland Canyon State Park which is where we spent our days hiking and enjoying the beautiful scenery.

It is a beautiful little home in a quiet setting. I was surprised how large it seems inside. I cook and the kitchen was well equipped. I was very comfortable and hated to leave.

This tiny was absolutely spotless and it was exactly as pictured. The host was very responsive and kind enough to help us in securing a later check out. The house was well equipped with plenty of kitchen tools to prepare a meal. We opted for eating out for breakfast before our hike and we were pleasantly surprised to find a local cafe, Cafe 136, on the way to Cloudland State Park. Both were no more than a 15 minute drive away.

The house was very clean felt and like it was still brand new. It is well stocked and we had everything we needed. Sage was very responsive when we had questions. The area is peaceful and quiet, with a couple exceptions I'll explain below. A couple things to note: -Check the location carefully. I booked a place in Menlo because we had a planned activity in Fort Payne, AL, but this home is actually 30 minutes north of Menlo, so almost an hour away from Fort Payne. It is conveniently located for a visit to Cloudland Canyon, though (15 minutes), which is highly recommended. -There were three large dogs that greeted us upon arrival and sat on the porch looking in the front door a lot of the time. They were very friendly, but it was still a surprise to us when we were trying to get out of our car. They were also occasionally barking, sometimes in the middle of the night. That along with the rooster nearby, made for some earlier mornings than we would have liked.
