This beautiful escape is conveniently located near various tourist attractions and restaurants and on the shore of Lake Lanier. You can take an evening stroll down the lake shore or hop onto a kayak and drift on the peaceful waters. The beautiful cottage is for your private use with an easy self-check-in process to accommodate various arrival times.

The Cottage sleeps 2 comfortably, has one bath, and a full kitchen for all of your dining needs. Guests will find the space to be warm, comfortable, and inviting and the hosts to be responsive and diligent to provide an excellent experience and a unique stay. As a guest of Lakeshore Cottage, you have access to a number of amenities offering outdoor fun. You can arrange with us in advance to purchase access to five kayaks on the property for lake enjoyment on one-tenth of an acre of beachfront. There is also a fishing spot at the lake access across the street, this can be accessed from the red stairs showcased in the listing photos. Please bring your own fishing equipment as this is not rentable through us. There is a recently added deck! By the way, the size of the bed is Queen size.

Also, we engage in pest control at all of our properties, however, due to the rural nature of some of our properties guests may encounter insects and other small creatures. This can include ladybugs, flies, scorpions, mice, etc.

Please Note:

The guest count you provide must be accurate as there can be additional guest fees. Notify us if you need to adjust the guest count before arrival. A fine of $25 per night will be applied for each undeclared guest.

Reminder: If a guest misses the checkout time, additional fees will be added. If more than 2 hours past checkout, we will charge for an additional day.

Please note there are two cameras on the property. The cameras monitor the walkway and parking area.

If you would like to enjoy the fire pit or grill during your stay please bring fire starters, wood, & charcoal.
