Welcome to Hillside Haven. Our home offers a budget-friendly stay. Please note that while we ensure the property is clean, the finish work is not as detailed as newer properties. There are still some wall dents and dings that need to be repaired. We want to set a realistic expectation for each of our guests.

The property is centrally located within minutes of all your outdoor adventures, sightseeing, or business travel needs! Endless activities abound nearby including mountain biking, paddle boarding on the TN River, hang gliding, caving, hiking, and state park explorations. With fast internet and Smart TV for streaming, there's nothing this place is missing for a quick getaway or a long-term stay. Come on and enjoy a weekend or more!

Inside our beautiful home, you and your guests will find 3 bedrooms, a fully stocked kitchen, spacious living spaces, outdoor space with seating, and so much more! Easy self-check-in process to accommodate various arrival times.

As a hosting family, we strongly believe in making memories wherever you are. That is why we have provided local suggestions so you can enjoy the experience of fully immersing yourself in the local culture. We are here to help with any questions or suggestions as we aim to create memories through Unique Stays! Please read our policies before booking.

Please Note:

The guest count you provide must be accurate as there can be additional guest fees. Notify us if you need to adjust the guest count before arrival. A fine of $25 per night will be applied for each undeclared guest.

Reminder: If a guest misses the checkout time, additional fees will be added. If more than 2 hours past checkout, we will charge for an additional day.

This property was terrible and not at all what I would expect the AirBNB community to accept in their system. The following were the issues noted. We could had a one month lease and had to leave 20 days into it, as we could not deal with the issues any longer. We attempted to get a partial refund from AirBNB, but they informed us the owner of the property refused. We were only looking for a 10 day refund, not the entire amount, which is what we should have received, and we got NOTHING! Here is a list of the issues: -Cockroaches -Filthy washing machine -Huge rat trap in the basement -Trip hazard on rug -when trying to use the towel bar in bathroom it fell off the wall the first day -kitchen faucet was completely unstable and could not be shut off unless forced into a certain position -tub spout was very lose, so much so the you had to use 2 hands to activate shower pull knob -mold on shower window sill -floor on kitchen sink cabinet is filthy We do not recommend this property
