This property is placed peacefully in a southern residential housing area where you will experience peaceful and quiet surroundings to truly live like a GA local. Inside you will find a fully stocked kitchen, an in-house washer and dryer, games, a beautiful living space, a fire pit and grill outside, and a beautiful screened-in porch with outdoor seating. The home is centrally located within minutes of all your outdoor adventures and sightseeing! Endless activities abound nearby including mountain biking, paddle boarding on the TN River, hang gliding, caving, hiking, and state park explorations. Easy self-check-in process to accommodate various arrival times. With fast internet, Smart TVs, games, and outside amenities like a fire pit, grill, and screened-in back porch there's nothing this place is missing for a quick getaway or a long-term stay. Come on and enjoy a weekend or more!

Enjoy access to the fully equipped kitchen with a stove, oven, microwave, pack & play, refrigerator, dishwasher, and coffee maker as well as dishes and utensils. Washer/dryer included. Sleeps 8 comfortably. One master suite with a king-size bed. Other bedrooms consist of queen-sized beds. For year-round enjoyment for your getaway check this place out, you won’t be disappointed! Enjoy free Wi-Fi that is included as well.

There are three total bedrooms:
Bedroom 1 - King Bed
Bedroom 2 - Queen Bed
Bedroom 3 - Queen bed

The couch in the living room converts to a sleeper sofa to sleep two additional guests. We also offer a pack-in-play at this property for your convenience. The fireplace is also non-operational at this time.

Please Note:

The guest count you provide must be accurate as there can be additional guest fees. Notify us if you need to adjust the guest count before arrival. A fine of $25 per night will be applied for each undeclared guest.

Reminder: If a guest misses the checkout time, additional fees will be added. If more than 2 hours past checkout, we will charge for an additional day.

If you would like to use the grill during your stay please bring a fire starter and charcoal. Also please bring your own wood for the fire pit.

I recently stayed at this property and found it to be suitable for those primarily seeking a place to sleep. However, I was disappointed with the overall maintenance and furnishings, which did not meet the standards I typically expect from a Superhost listing. The quality of the furniture and kitchen utensils was notably below par, which affected my overall comfort during the stay. Additionally, the presence of "No Trespassing" signs around the property created an unwelcoming atmosphere, making it less inviting to explore the surroundings. I believe that the Superhost should consider investing in the home to enhance the overall guest experience. While the property may serve its purpose for a brief stay, I would recommend considering other options if you are looking for a more comfortable and well-appointed experience.

Sage from Unique Stays was amazing to communicate with. They kindly left the garage door open for us to pull in while we arrived on a very rainy night. When we encountered a problem with the AC going out, Sage was quick to respond and problem solve. Unfortunately the house was not in as nice of condition as pictured. Big spots of paint peeling of the ceiling above the corner shower, paint peeled out of the middle of a bathroom sink, kitchen chairs with spindles broken, a nice back porch area with the screen ripped out of the door, and a yard that looked spacious in the pictures was actually surrounded by no trespassing signs and roped. They said they plan to do maintenance to the property, so hopefully some of those things get fixed! It was a quiet dead end street, just not the quality we expected. We were grateful for the wonderful customer service Sage was able to provide us!

I had an extended stay at this airbnb while adjusting to a new job and new state. The area was beautiful, and i loved the country feel. It felt like a safe neighborhood, which was huge plus for me. I also appreciate being able to use the garage.

The home was just as described and wasn't in a "sketchy neighborhood" like some other reviews had said. The location was beautiful, the home nice and comfortable, and was well stocked with amenities to let us make it through our weekend getaway. The garage door still doesn't work but that didn't stop us from getting into the garage and parking our car inside overnight, the door isn't hard to raise by hand. The neighbors are friendly as well, and were never overly loud or anything. I highly recommend staying here if you're interested in visiting Chattanooga and its many stores and activities, or if you're up for a longer ride, Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg.

The listing was exactly as described. On a dead end road and met all expectations. Perfect fit for our family of 4. We had our private master and each kid had their own room. Easy check in and out. Comfortable beds . Had everything needed until you can get to the store. Would definitely use this place again if visiting the area. Host was awesome. Thanks Sage!
