As our guest, delight in access to various outdoor amenities, including kayaks available for advance booking. Additionally, enjoy fishing at the nearby lake access point, easily reached from the charming red stairs depicted in our listing photos. Please note, fishing equipment is not provided. This property is 50 feet away from the Lakeshore Retreat listing.

Enhancing your experience is our newly added deck, perfect for unwinding amid nature's beauty. And rest assured, your restful retreat includes a queen-size bed for ultimate comfort.

We have lake amenities that are available for rent.
Daily rental pricing per item:

1 Double Kayak - $45
1 Tripple Kayak - $45

Also, we engage in pest control at all of our properties, however, due to the rural nature of some of our properties guests may encounter insects and other small creatures. This can include ladybugs, flies, scorpions, mice, etc.

Please Note:

The guest count you provide must be accurate as there can be additional guest fees. Notify us if you need to adjust the guest count before arrival. A fine of $25 per night will be applied for each undeclared guest.

Reminder: If a guest misses the checkout time, additional fees will be added. If more than 2 hours past checkout, we will charge for an additional day.

Please note there are two cameras on the property. The cameras monitor the walkway and parking area.

If you would like to enjoy the fire pit or grill during your stay please bring fire starters, wood, & charcoal.
