We enjoyed our short weekend stay at Kenneth's. The place was exactly as described, and we absolutely loved this loft. ? The neighborhood is great, with the cafe next door that had a tasty breakfast and friendly service. We would definitely visit again!

We got into town late and the management company sent to wrong address. Once we got to the right location the key pad was out of battery so we couldn’t enter without the host. The battery was fixed the next day but the host sent me the incorrect code to get in. He seemed annoyed while going though this process.

We had an amazing time! Ken recommended excellent places to visit that are walkable. We found lots of breweries and wineries on this trip that were not too far away for day adventures. Highly recommend this place!

This Loft in Benton Harbor was a very nice place to stay. It was obvious that a lot of attention to detail was taken in the construction and layout, decorating, accessorizing, cleanliness, and with a subtle elegant aesthetic character. It was furnished with newer appliances and a convenient kitchen island. It is a well appointed place to stay. I would highly recommend this location to anyone.

Ken is an exceptional host of an exceptional loft rental. The pride and care of this place are so clearly evident in the design of the space and the amenities provided, including the kitchen appliances and supplies, thoughtful bathroom touches, and living room features such as comfortable chairs, couch, and extensive media equipment. I especially appreciated the quiet and sense of security afforded in this unique location in an up-and-coming arts district. Most of all, Ken is one of the kindest, friendly, and most responsive hosts I have ever encountered, who takes obvious pride not only in the rental units he has developed and now manages, but also in the surrounding community.

A friend of mine stayed at Kenneth’s loft for a wedding weekend in Benton Harbor and would absolutely stay there again. It is extremely spacious and very well decorated. Coffee shops, cafes and restaurants are all in walking distance and the beach is just a short drive away. Highly recommend staying at Kenneth’s property!

Classic pied a Terre is in the perfect location in downtown Benton Harbor. It was very clean and comfortable and even provided most kitchen amenities for an extended stay. I was there while starting a new job and coordinating a move from out of state. This was a near perfect place to stay in this situation. One of the few downsides I would have to mention is the lack of an elevator. If you have a larger suitcase it can be trying lugging up the stairs. Other than that, would highly recommend to anyone looking to enjoy the best of Benton Harbor. Kenneth was very responsive and accommodating even when I needed to extend my stay by a few extra days. Thanks!

Kenneth’s place was very clean and matched the description/pictures shown! Very responsive and clear instructions for check in/ check out. Has some nice restaurants in walking distance and St. Joe is just a short drive away. Would stay in one of Kenneth’s listings again!

Clean, quiet, well equipped loft. Updated throughout. Had everything we need. Local breakfast place nearby. Walkable dinner spots as well. 5 minute drive to 2 different beaches. We would stay here again.

Kenneth’s place was great! We loved the design and aesthetics of the space. The neighborhood has some really great walkable restaurants. We loved Houndstooth and Mason Jar cafe. We would definitely stay here again.

What a great place to call home for a week while we were in town celebrating a relative's 80th birthday. Clean and quiet, it was nice waking up and knowing we were just a half block away from delicious coffee at Forte and an invigorating run around the golf course's lush prairie wetlands just a half mile away. Kenneth went out of his way to forewarn us of a bit of construction outside the building when we arrived, and he was extremely prompt getting back to us if we had a question. Wonderful and highly recommend!

Kenneth’s place was wonderful! I stayed in a different unit of his in the past and this unit was just as amazing. It’s genuinely like a big city loft. Amazing kitchen and lovely decor throughout. The location couldn’t be better for the area. Houndstooth restaurant for chef driven cuisine, the mason jar for breakfast and lunch, Forte coffee, The Brick house for smash burgers and beers and The Livery for pizza, fresh brewery pours and live music are all with a few minutes walk! If you are coming to Benton harbor for anytime type of visit, I definitely recommend staying at Kenneth’s!

The loft was squeaky clean with everything one might need. The only negative thing I would say is that after booking through Airbnb we were then prompted to sign another rental agreement from a third party company. I think this should have been mentioned in the listing before booking.

Gorgeous modern loft near restaurants in downtown Benton Harbor. Served well as a great long-term business stay. Spotlessly clean, well appointed, with clean modern furnishings. Be aware of train nearby which comes by in the morning.
